The San Diego Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) is currently seeking sponsors for our 2024 calendar year events! Here are some of the events planned so far:
Joint Southern California ITE Section Luncheon Meeting (March 27th 2024)
2024 Monthly ITE SD Section Luncheons (Feb. 14th, April 18th, May 16th, Oct. 17th)
Second Annual Mini-Golf Tourney and Social Night (May or August 2024, TBD)
ITE Western District Annual Meeting in Sacramento (June 23rd-26th 2024)
Second Annual Cornhole Tournament with WTS (July 20th 2024)
Annual Golf Tournament at Twin Oaks (September 13th 2024)
Annual Vendor Show and Social Night (October 2024)
Annual Award and Holiday Party (December 2024)
In addition to these events, we will be producing email campaigns and will continue to update our website with the latest news and corresponding links. The website and email campaigns reach over 400 Transportation industry professionals in the San Diego region as well as their co-workers and acquaintances in the Transportation Engineering industry.
Attached is our sponsorship package for 2024, which includes noticeable package discounts for full year-round sponsors. These packages were designed in an effort to save you time and money – to offer you the most benefit for your contribution! Please review these packages and select one that works for you. This year we’ve simplified the payment structures to offer three packages without a la carte options, but please feel to reach out to make other arrangements that meet your budgetary needs.
